Teen Summer Programs

 

Pre-registration at the Youth services desk begins 30 minutes before each program.

Thursday, July 25th at 6:30pm–Egg Drop Challenge (Lower level):  Get ready to put your engineering skills to the test and see if your egg can survive the ultimate drop! Join us as we use recyclable items to create a protective device to secure the safety of the egg!  Max 15 Ages 13-17 years.

Tuesday, June 25th at 6pm Mobile Race Car Challenge: Tweens and Teens—You don’t want to miss the fun! You and your pit crew will race on a custom track that will be set up at the library. Your Race  Master will teach you to use your remote control to navigate your RC car through obstacles, drift through hairpin turns, pop giant wheelies, and handle big jumps for a photo finish! AGES 8 to 17 years only! Age requirements will be enforced to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

 

Saturday, June 29th at 2pm—The Traveling World of Reptiles: A favorite show at Bridgeview Library! This show is an up-close, hands-on presentation and experience featuring reptiles and amphibians from around the world. The show is very funny, educational, and interactive. It is a unique style of humor and education blended to make a totally original experience! ALL AGES WELCOME!
