Youth Services Program Registration Information
For information regarding Youth Services, please call 708-458-2880 x 106.

- Space is limited and a maximum capacity number has been set for each program.
- Some programs require that participants be within a certain age range.
- Age requirements will be enforced to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
- Age requirements will be stated in the brochure or on the website.

2026 Summer programs

Summer Programs run June 15th to July 25th
Registration at the Youth Services desk begins
30 minutes before each program.
No registration for Drop-In programs
Wednesday, July 8th at 2pm – Flower Fun Storytime: Flowers bring beauty to our world, and we’ll go on a blooming adventure with flower inspired stories and create a craft made out of various flower petals. AGES 3-6yrs MAX 15
Fridays at 11am – Book, Boogie and Play! Starting June 26th: The best of both worlds for our toddlers! We will read a story, boogie to music with instruments, and finish the remaining time playing together. Ages 18mth-4yrs MAX 15
Fridays from 3 to 5pm – Yay for Fridays! Starting June 26th, drop in for crafts, puzzles, and games. A different activity each week! GRADES K-6th **although this is a drop in program, we can only accommodate 15 kids at a time, your child may have to wait if capacity is met. No one will be admitted after 4:45pm to allow children time to finish their activity play. **
Monday, July 13th at 2pm – DIY Flower Pots: Do you like gardening? Then come in for this plant themed program. We will paint a flower pot and then we will plant a seed that you can bring home and take care of! GRADES 3-6th MAX 12
Tuesday, July 14th at 6pm – Rock Painting: Come use your creativity to paint plain rocks into your own unique creations. GRADES K-2nd MAX 10
Wednesday, July 15th – Preschool Book Club: Join us for a sweet little family storytime. We will read a book together as a group then do an activity and a craft. More books on the same theme will be available for reading together or checking out. AGES 3-6yrs MAX 15
Thursday, July 16th at 6pm – Stained Glass: Try your hand at creating a beautiful DIY stained glass design using glass paint. GRADES 3-6th MAX 10
Monday, July 20th at 4pm – Celebrate Parents storytime: Do your parents do a lot for you? We will read a special story and make them a surprise gift. GRADES K-6th MAX 15
Wednesday, July 22nd at 4pm – The Good Egg Drop: Protect the Good Egg! We will gather some recyclable materials and see whose little egg doesn’t break. GRADES 3-6th MAX 12
Thursday, July 23 at 6pm – Whimsical Wings: Join us for a wonderful book about moths and butterflies and then create some beautiful symmetric wings of your own. GRADES K-2nd MAX 15
Saturday, July 25th – Preschool Book Club: Join us for a sweet little family storytime. We will read a book together as a group then do an activity and a craft. More books on the same theme will be available for reading together or checking out. AGES 3-6yrs MAX 15
